Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, with original packaging and all accessories intact. Once the product is opened, used, damaged or missing parts, return, exchange and refund will not be accepted.

Shipping & Insurance Rule

Orders delivered within Hong Kong: Returns are available for qualified items.
For all orders shipped to locations outside Hong Kong: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, logistics risks and related charges. We strongly recommend you to purchase shipping insurance on your own. Our store will not cover any loss caused by logistics.

Time Limit

All return requests must be sent to our customer service within 30 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Requests beyond the time limit will be rejected.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
